RETURN POLICY

Jekky’s parts wants you to have a 100% satisfying experience shopping with us. We understand that sometimes, things go wrong with a delivery. When your order arrives, inspect all of your packages immediately. Call or email us for assistance in the following cases:

DAMAGED

• Email photos of the damage. Do not discard the packaging
• We are not responsible for UPS-delivered claims after 30 days

DEFECTIVE

• Report defective items within 30 days of receipt
• Items will be repaired or replaced at the vendor’s discretion

MISSING

• Report any missing items within 30 days of receipt 
• We will process a replacement of the part

INCORRECT

• Report any incorrect items within 30 days of receipt
• We will process an exchange for the part

Products that have not been installed, altered, or damaged can be returned to Corvette Central.  After returns are received and inspected, a refund will be processed. Follow the steps below, or a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Core returns: All cores are inspected upon return and may be subject to the vendor’s approval before a refund is issued. Cores must be complete and rebuildable to be eligible for a full refund.

1. COMPLETE FORM

• Fill out the form on the invoice and include it in the box  
• Provide the reason for the return

2. PACK

• Pack the item to prevent damage
• We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping

 

3. INSURE

• Insure your return package with the shipping company
• We recommend UPS
